Lets just say, today was one of those days.... One of those days that reminds you how lucky and blessed you are to know the difference between good days and bad days! We had been planning a family day for quite a while... Have a nice breakfast, Family pictures, see Santa, finish shopping, nice lunch etc.... Mommy somehow scratched her iris again, so I had to wear my glasses all day, family pictures out.... Got to Woodfield Mall at 9:45am to pick up barretts for the girls hair and head to the studio to have their pictures taken by 10am... The mall was closed, there was a fire!!! (Luckily no one was hurt). The North Pole was out of commission, no Santa! I'll stop the complaining now though, because I was fortunate enough to be spending the day with my three favorite people!

The dark spots on the ceiling were from the fire... it is right above where Santa usually sits...

We ended up making it to Charleston Mall to see Santa (of course when we got there, he was out feeding his reindeer so we had to wait about an hour to see him!)

Alexis and Kayla waiting with Daddy for their turn to see Santa.

Kayla was very intrigued by Santa... she did pretty well actually, but after about 5 minutes she was ready to be back in Daddy's arms!

Alexis got a free ride on the Merry Go Round from Santa!

She was such a good girl we had to let her take a ride on one of these toys... Her smile makes it all worth it!
