Preschool Party
I was able to go to Alexis Halloween party at school. She wasn't feeling well yesterday, but was better this morning and said she didn't want to miss her first school party. I was going regardless because brought treats!

All the kids did a great job waiting for instructions from the teacher.

Community Play
Two of my nieces and one of my nephews that performed in the play. The girls had a great time watching them and actually sat pretty well through the entire play.

My niece showing Alexis one of the main characters in the play...
My sisters beautiful family.
My sister with my other nephew that performed in the play. They all did a great job and it was fun to watch them up on stage!
My favorite restaurant
Before we took the girls to see some of my nieces in nephews perform in a community play, we went out to dinner with my parents for my sister in law's and nephews Birthdays at my favorite restaurant!

This was the first time that Kayla wasn't scared and was watching the chef cook very intently...
I wasn't thinking when I took a picture of him (using the flash) while he was trying to balance and throw the egg in his hat! He's pretty good though, he still managed to get it done!
Annual Pumpkin Fest
Although we were too busy the weekend of pumpkin fest to enjoy many of the activities, we were able to stop by and see all the decorated pumpkins. There are some very talented people who put a lot of effort into these projects!

Alexis was excited to see the RT D2 (?) pumpkin that her cousin made and entered into the contest.... didn't he do a great job!

Arboretum in the Fall
Getting ready for an afternoon at the Arboretum...
Kayla is getting so big!
Alexis by the pretty waterfall...
Cool pumpkins... They had the most beautiful colors for pumpkins I have ever seen around the Arboretum. My camera broke while we were there so I didn't get many pictures while we were at the Arboretum.
As good as it gets trying to take their picture together these days!
Kayla loves the slide and feels like such a big girl going down it by herself.
Alexis was very proud of herself for going across the rope bridge - there was also a very high and cool rope tree house that she climbed through all by herself (didn't get pictures of that either) or the maze of shrubs. She also made some new friends while we were there. It was a great day!
